Meet Ashley

Ashley offers virtual therapy sessions to individuals and couples. Ashley works through a psychodynamic lens and uses approaches of ACT, DBT, CBT, EFT, Gottman, Eclectic, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based techniques. Ashley has experience in working with first responders, teens, adults and couples.

Ashley’s love language might just be iced coffee — she’s rarely seen without one! When not in session, you’ll find her working on a new recipe, travelling the world, or squeezing in a pilates class. Ashley is also a big fan of reading, hockey nights at the rink, and good laughs with family and friends.

Angela offers virtual therapy sessions and has day time, evening and weekend availability. Angela works through a somatic approach as well as ACT, DBT, EFT, Eclectic, IFS, person-centered, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based techniques. Angela has passion and experience in working with elders, pre-teens and adults.

Angela's favourite quote: Sometimes we have to remind ourselves: " There is nothing wrong with me. I have patterns to unlearn, new behaviours to embody and wounds to heal. I am unlearning generations of pain, and that takes time."

Angela has over 5+ years of experience and has worked in community, hospital-based mental health and private practice. Angela is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and a registered social worker. Angela holds many certifications and external trainings.

  • Intensive Trauma Treatment Certification

  • EMDR, CBT, Somatic-Based Interventions Certification

  • Suicide Training; Counselling on Access to Lethal Means and Trauma-Informed Training.

When Angela is not in session, she is typically all things wellness and self-care — think pilates, nature walks, and anything that brings a little calm. She also loves exploring the city with friends and family, always on the lookout for her next little adventure.

Our brand is intentionally designed to evoke warmth, hope, and a sense of renewal. The color palette—soft oranges, peaches and warm tones—symbolize the warmth of natures sunrise and sunsets, moments that remind us of the potential for new beginnings. These warm hues also mirror blooming flowers, tying into our slogan: Flourish. Blossom. Grow.

 

Our consistent use of flowers in bloom reflects the beauty of progress and the nurturing required for growth. At Mindful With You, every detail of our brand has been designed to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and inspired to flourish. It begins with you.
