Angela works through a somatic approach as well as ACT, DBT, EFT, CBT, Eclectic, IFS, person-centered, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based techniques. Angela has passion and experience in working with elders, pre-teens and adults.

Meet Lyne
Lyne offers virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Lyne works through an integrative, insight-oriented lens grounded in attachment, neuroscience, and mind–body awareness. Lyne draws from CBT, DBT, CPT, IFS, EFT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic principles.

Lyne is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and has completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University) as well as a double major in Psychology & Philosophy (University of Toronto). Lyne tailors her sessions to client’s unique needs, creating a collaborative and reflective space for healing and growth.

Lyne is a published poet and finds healing through words and creativity. Lyne describes herself as a cat person, and believes cats are great fluffy emotional support companions. Lyne loves to travel and discovering new places, cultures, and foods.
Lyne enjoys bringing neuroscience into therapy in relatable ways - her favorite rituals include journaling, smoothies, long walks with a good playlist and admiring pretty sunsets along the way.
